1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using BingieHub, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

BingieHub is a personal movie and TV show tracking service. It lets you build a watchlist, track what you're watching, rate titles, and discover trending content.

Movie and TV metadata, images, and related information are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data sourced from TMDB or any other third party.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Account

You may create an account directly, or sign in using a supported third-party provider (such as Google or Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service in an automated or bulk manner without permission;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Submit any content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

We may investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our judgment, violates this section.

6. Your Content

Any ratings, watchlists, or other content you add while using the Service remain associated with your account. You are responsible for the content you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion and at any time, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior or activity that we consider inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Nature and Evolution of the Service

BingieHub is currently offered free of charge and is operated as an independent, evolving project. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, and may in the future introduce paid features, subscriptions, or advertising. We may also suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but are not obligated to do so in every case.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that data displayed (including data sourced from TMDB) will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BingieHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
